Dougie

On September 12th 2017, a horse tripped and fell on me. It landed on my left leg, crushing it. As a result, I now have complex regional nerve syndrome. This is a painful condition, in which high levels of nerve impulses are sent to my leg. It causes my leg to swell at random, change colors—sometimes it is white, red or gray with white spots. The temperature of my leg also changes from freezing cold to burning hot. Often, my knee fills with fluid. Random bruises appear all over, from my lower thigh to the tips of my toes.
Through this nightmare we discovered the amazing properties of CBD.

Dougie's story

​A few years ago, we found our dog Dougie. Dougie was a rescue hound found on the side of the road. We took him in. He enjoys chasing bunnies and sunning in the dirt outside. He also loves rough housing in the living room with our dog, Cabela. The dogs play pretty rough, so usually they get sent outside.
Dougie started slowing down and having seizures last year. We are not sure of his past. We do not think it was very good. We felt bad for him. He was miserable, so we tried CBD to see if it would help. His seizures are now reduced by 90% and he has more energy. He sleeps and plays much better and is enjoying life again. .
